SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Donne Streetwear! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

• All our pieces are PRE-MADE and ON HAND, (We do not do Pre-orders) Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.
• Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation mail the same day from us with all the tracking Info.
• Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, Fedex, DHL or UPS, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping courier to recover your lost package.

 

For all deliveries outside USA/CN, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country.  Donne does not withhold duties during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred.
